Please help our cause

So now we are on our way. Currently there are 8 seniors and 4 juniors joining us for our Costa Rican Experience. Hard to believe but in a little over a month we will begin classwork in the Latin American Studies elective course.

As you would expect, getting ready for our culminating event, the trip to Costa Rica, is a huge deal. Already we have begun applying for passports and raising money for the expenses. As you can see from the last post, we are getting donations from businesses to help lower the cost for each of the 12 students that are going. But we are hoping for more help. Imagine if you can help one of these kids. Maybe you know one of them from the street you live on, the church or synagogue you attend or the friend of a friend. They can use your help. And the best part is, City High is a non-profit organization so any donation you make to the cause is a tax deductible donation. Great huh?

So if one of these students talks to you about the experience, please give us a call. We can answer any questions you may have and send you an informational packet that describes what we are striving for with this course and the trip.
