Down to the wire
I havent blogged in a while so I thought I would add something before we all head out into the wild blue yonder. It's been a long road getting here but it has finally come. We have finished the main part of the course. Bossert and I have told everyone all we could about the people and the environment we will immerse ourselves in. We have graduated 8 of the group. So I guess now we are taking 4 students and 8 graduates. Quite an accomplishment. And now, the reality sets in as I start to pack. It's sitting here next to me on the table. I'm looking at it and thinking, "Am I really taking this much? Do I really need this much stuff with me?" My answer is that I hope so. If I bring it all an dont use it all, I will be really upset with myself. I guess I'll find out soon enough.
I have a feeling that the next post on the site will be from Costa Rica. I also have a feeling that the posts will change quite a bit. I just hope that all of our excitement flows through the netherworld of the internet and you can feel it too.
See you there.
